Shipping policy
Shipping & Order Policy
We currently only provide delivery services to customers in the member states of the European Union (EU) and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA). Unfortunately, we do not support delivery to customers in other non-EU countries (including the United Kingdom) at this stage.
Order Processing Time
Shipping speed does not include order processing time!
Normal Sales Period: In-stock non-preorder items will be shipped within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped.
Holiday Season (November - December): In-stock non-preorder items will be shipped within 3-6 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays (Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Christmas). You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped.
For the expected release and shipping dates of preorder items, please refer to the product description page. We recommend placing separate orders for preorder and in-stock items, as in-stock items can be shipped priority. If you combine the two types of items in a single order, all items will be shipped together after the preorder items arrive.
Shipping Method & Fees
Free standard shipping is available for orders over 79 EUR within Germany & over 159 EUR across the EU.
Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 14:00 CET on Fridays will be shipped on the next business day. Our standard shipping partner is DHL. Please allow 2-5 business days for standard delivery and logistics processing. You can refer to the delivery map below for the estimated standard delivery time in your region.
Shipping Confirmation
After checkout, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another shipping confirmation email with logistics tracking information for you to check the order status at any time. If you have any questions regarding your order status, you may contact us via email.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel a submitted order, please contact us by sending an email with the subject line Order Cancellation and state your order number in the email body. Order cancellation must be completed before shipment. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Issue Feedback
If your received order has missing items, damaged goods or other issues, please contact us via email. To speed up the issue processing, please state your order confirmation number in the email subject line and attach real photos of the problematic items. We will make every effort to resolve your issues in the most efficient manner.
Address Error Notice
Please ensure that you have filled in the correct shipping address. If a package is refused due to an incorrect shipping address, the shipping fee for reshipment will be borne by you.
Lost/Stolen Package Notice
Our package protection service is only valid until the logistics provider marks the package as Delivered. If the logistics provider shows that the package has been successfully delivered but the package is subsequently lost or stolen, Kyun-Labo will not provide compensation, as such losses are not covered by our insurance.
